This ant nest is made of plaster and has a clear glass top( removable). It is suitable for small colonies of ants, such as Solenopsis fugax.

The nest has a humidity gradient, with the left 1/3 of the nest being more humid than the right side. The queen will choose to live in the humidity that is most comfortable for her.

To use the nest, simply wet the left 1/3 of the nest with water (max 5ml each time). The humidity will be transferred to the right side of the nest over time.

Here are some tips for using the Mini Flat Plaster Ant Nest :

• Make sure to wet the left 1/3 of the nest regularly to maintain the humidity gradient.
• Be careful not to overwater the nest, as this can lead to mold growth.
• Place the nest in a warm location, out of direct sunlight.
• Provide your ants with a variety of food and water sources.
• Clean the hunting area regularly to remove waste and prevent the growth of mold.
