Hunting area 4cm x 4cm x 4cm, with removable "roof" and a 10mm hole (with red plug) for connecting another module or test tube.
The luxury glass test tube (with support in arcylic) is 10 cm long. A chamber filled with sand (3cm) must be filled with fresh water to moisten the tube through the hole that can be filled with the black plug.
The living area is 7 cm long, with 2 separate chambers, separated by a plaster narrowing (like the entrance to this tube). The floor is made of plaster and sand, which is very appealing to ants, and in some cases makes it easier for ant larvae to weave cocoons.
This formicarium is suitable for small and medium-sized ants.
